Leasing Consultant
We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Atwater at Nocatee in Ponte Vedra, FL. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships, guiding prospects through a consultative leasing journey, and delivering an elevated living experience from first impression to move-in.

Responsibilities
Relationship-Based Sales & Prospect Engagement
- Build authentic relationships with prospective residents through personalized, consultative conversations.
- Identify prospect needs and match them with the ideal apartment home and community amenities.
- Conduct engaging property tours that highlight lifestyle benefits and unique selling points.
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication to nurture leads and convert prospects into residents.
- Meet and exceed monthly leasing and occupancy goals.
End-to-End Leasing Process Management
- Guide prospects through the entire leasing lifecycle: inquiry, tour, application, approval, and move-in.
- Clearly explain lease terms, pricing, policies, and community standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure apartment readiness.
- Facilitate a seamless move-in experience that sets the tone for long-term resident satisfaction.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Accurately document all prospect interactions within the CRM system.
- Manage lead flow, schedule follow-ups, and track conversion metrics.
- Utilize CRM reporting tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
Resident Experience & Community Engagement
- Support resident retention efforts through ongoing relationship management.
- Assist with resident events and community initiatives.
- Respond professionally and promptly to inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in leasing, luxury retail, hospitality, or consultative sales preferred.
- Proven success in relationship-driven sales environments.
- Experience working within a CRM platform (Yardi or Welcome Home preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed.
