Regional Director of Operations

Allure Lifestyle Communities is a national property management company specializing in active adult (55+), independent living, and multi-family communities. We’re currently seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee our multi-state portfolio.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Head of Allure, this role is responsible for the day-to-day performance of the portfolio and will be responsible for driving operational success. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in multi-site/national property management, ideally within senior living environments, and a passion for building strong teams and high-performing communities.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead regional operations across a portfolio of active adult/ independent living and multi-family communities.
  • Oversee sales and marketing efforts at each property and help facilitate occupancy goals are met and maintained to budgetary expectations.
  • Implement and maintain operating systems, procedures, and best practices to support consistent, high-quality service.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure communities are meeting company standards and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee budgets and business plans, working with site teams to meet financial goals and control expenses. Ensure low tenant turnover actively working on sales efforts and overseeing all aspects of property operations, sales and marketing and food and beverage.
  • Responsible for assisting the building of the infrastructure of the property management/operation team.
  • Perform regular property visits. Ensure all properties are operated and maintained in alignment with Company standards and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between site teams, vendors, and leadership to maintain operational alignment
  • Oversee tenant support processes and establish methods to enhance tenant satisfaction.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of multi-site experience in property management, ideally within senior living (IL/AL/55+) or multi-family housing
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Experience developing and managing operating budgets and capital projects
  • Hands-on, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to support site teams directly when needed
  • Familiarity with the financial aspects of running a portfolio. Experience with a revenue management program is highly preferred.
  • Experience in sales and marketing strongly preferred.
  • BA/BS degree preferred
