Allure Lifestyles Communities is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Leasing Specialist for their newest mixed-use property in the Bethesda MD area. Successful candidates will have demonstrated success in leasing apartments on a large scale.  They will be expected to lead the entire sales process and meet targeted goals and objectives for occupancy.

The responsibilities of the Leasing Specialist include:

• Contact all prospective leads to schedule tours, answer questions, and provide information about the property and amenities
• Conduct tours of property, show apartments to prospective clients
• Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
• Validate application information and references, assist applicant with application process
• Ensures units are leased to meet/exceed budget
• Assist in preparing regular market surveys
• Makes recommendations to improve marketing/leasing programs

Successful candidates possess bachelor’s degree, strong leasing and sales experience, and good organizational ability. The right candidate must be outgoing and self-starting, skilled at initiating relationships, following up and overcoming objections. Outstanding customer service and sales skills are essential to the position.

Leasing experience in a residential portfolio is required.  Lease Up experience is desirable. Position will require nights and weekends as needed.
