We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. Canvas Valley Forge is a new upscale property for active adults providing residents with exceptional amenities and activities through our Life program. The responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant include:

• Contact all prospective leads to schedule tours, answer questions, and provide information about the property and amenities
• Conduct tours of property, show apartments to prospective clients
• Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
• Validate application information and references, assist applicant with application process
• Ensures units are leased to meet/exceed budget
• Assist in preparing regular market surveys
• Makes recommendations to improve marketing/leasing programs

Successful candidates possess strong leasing and sales experience, and good organizational ability. The right candidate must be outgoing and self-starting, skilled at initiating relationships, following up and overcoming objections. Outstanding customer service and sales skills are essential to the position.

Leasing experience in multi-family setting is required, senior living experience is highly preferred.
