Leasing Specialist

We are seeking an energetic Leasing Specialist to join our team at the Atwater at Nocatee, a luxury community in the Ponte Vedra, FL area. We build our teams with talented, motivated people who have a passion for service and the drive to create an outstanding living environment for our residents.

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for leasing available apartments. On a daily basis they will be responsible for working all leads in the prospect database which will include calling and emailing prospects, performing outreach marketing, and scheduling and conducting tours. Additionally, the Leasing Specialist will work closely with the rest of the team in maintaining strong relationships with all residents, clients, and the community and actively participate in community events/activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

MARKETING AND LEASING

  • Call and email prospects to discuss benefits of living at The Atwater and schedule tours
  • Conduct outreach marketing to the community to increase tour traffic
  • Conduct tours of the community for interested parties
  • Encourages guests to apply for residency, assist in the application process
  • Leases apartments to qualified applicants
  • Closes sale of apartments
  • Assists in preparation of advertising and marketing materials
  • Assists in preparation of regular market surveys
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports
  • Makes recommendations to improve marketing and leasing programs
  • Keeps apartments leased to meet or exceed budget

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of sales/leasing experience in a property management setting
  • Superior sales/leasing skills with demonstrated success
  • Ability to build string relationships with customers
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Operations and Sales/Marketing preferred
  • Strong organizational, management, and teamwork skills
  • Solid administrative skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office products, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher
  • Professional image compatible with Allure Lifestyles - positive attitude, energetic, assertive, and ability to serve as a role model for subordinates
  • Demonstrates integrity on personal and professional level
  • Yardi and CRM experience preferred

SCOPE + COMPENSATION

  • Minimum forty hours per week; additional hours including nights and weekends as require. Regular schedule to be consistent with established hours of operation
  • Hourly base (based on experience) + monthly and quarterly commissions
