LEASING MANAGER / CONSULTANT

We are seeking a passionate and highly-motivated Leasing professional to join our team at Canvas Valley Forge. The Leasing Manager/Consultant is responsible for achieving and maintaining an occupancy of 95% or greater while managing the entire life cycle of the sales process from start to finish.

The responsibilities include:

• Contact all prospective leads to schedule tours, answer questions, and provide information about the property and amenities
• Conduct tours of property, show apartments to prospective clients
• Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
• Validate application information and references, assist applicant with application process
• Ensures units are leased to meet/exceed budget
• Thoroughly reviews and understand the competition set and their offerings 
• Makes recommendations to improve marketing/leasing programs
• Input/update CRM and other systems on a daily basis
• Outreach marketing to appropriate organizations

Successful candidates possess strong leasing and sales experience, and excellent organizational ability. They must have a passion for sales and thrives on "sealing the deal." Understands speed to lead and works with a sense of urgency. Must be outgoing and self-starting, skilled at initiating relationships, following up and overcoming objections. Outstanding customer service and passion for sales are essential to the position. Willingness to travel.

Bachelor's degree preferred

3-5 years Leasing experience in the multi-family or senior living industry OR experience selling luxury/high-end retail products

Demonstrated ability to lease in a large volume setting

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to advance and take on larger roles with greater responsibilities within the company. The Leasing Department will need future leaders.
