What You’ll Do
As Director of Sales, you’ll own the growth and success of the community by driving occupancy, revenue, and relationships.
- Lead the sales strategy to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals
- Convert prospects into residents by understanding their needs, building relationships and guiding them through a thoughtful decision-making process
- Build and nurture referral networks with families, residents, and professional partners
- Plan and execute engaging events that generate leads and build community awareness
- Drive outbound business development, connecting with local professionals and organizations
- Own your pipeline by leveraging CRM tools and maintaining accurate, actionable data
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to shape campaigns, messaging, and outreach strategies
What You Bring
- Proven success in senior living sales (required)
- Strong closing skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- A natural ability to build trust, listen deeply, and connect with people
- Confidence in both in-person and written communication
- Exceptional organization and time management in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Yardi experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office tools
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in senior living or a related industry

Work Environment
This is a fully on-site leadership role, typically Monday–Friday (8:30 AM–5:30 PM), with occasional evenings and weekends for events and community needs.
