Creative Manager

We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Creative Manager to elevate our brand across all touchpoints. This role will oversee web design, graphic design, photography, videography, and creative collateral development, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across digital and print channels.

This position requires a versatile creative professional who is comfortable traveling to communities, capturing content on-site, directing photo and video shoots, and jumping into multiple roles when needed. The Creative Lead must be equally comfortable developing big0picture campaign concepts as they are designing assets, building landing pages, editing content, and facilitating all areas of design execution.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast- paced environment, demonstrates flexibility, and takes ownership of the creative process from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Creative Strategy

  • Own and evolve brand identity, visual standards, and creative guidelines
  • Translate business objectives into compelling creative campaigns
  • Ensure consistency across all properties/locations and marketing channels
  • Facilitate and oversee all areas of design to maintain brand integrity.

Web & Digital Design

  • Lead website design and landing page development
  • Oversee UX/UI enhancements and ensure conversion-focused design
  • Partner with paid media and  SEO teams to align creative with performance goals

Graphic Design & Collateral

  • Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, signage, presentations, flyers, digital ads, and event materials
  • Create on-brand assets for social media, email marketing, and display campaigns
  • Ensure all collateral reflects a premium, cohesive brand identity

Photography, Videography & Content Creation

  • Travel to communities as needed to capture photography and video content.
  • Direct and produce on-site shoots
  • Edit and deliver high-quality visual assets for campaigns and branding initiatives
  • Develop lifestyle-driven storytelling content that supports leasing and sales goals

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage external creative partners
  • Provide thoughtful, constructive creative feedback
  • Present creative strategy and campaign concepts to leadership
  • Maintain flexibility to jump into projects across departments and support evolving business needs
