This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with strong project management and turnaround experience who is ready to help guide a community through major improvements and operational upgrades.

The Opportunity

Our community is undergoing significant transition, including capital improvements and operational enhancements. We need a Maintenance Lead who can:

• Manage renovation and capital improvement projects
• Drive unit turns efficiently and at high quality
• Strengthen preventative maintenance programs
• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team

You’ll play a critical role in restoring, enhancing, and maintaining the physical integrity of the property during this transformative period.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Capital Improvement Management

• Oversee renovation projects, vendor coordination, and scheduling
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases

Turnaround Execution

• Lead efficient and timely unit turns
• Develop systems to improve readiness and minimize vacancy loss
• Support occupancy growth through strong maintenance execution

Operational Leadership

• Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians
• Implement preventative maintenance and safety programs
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and company standards

Community Standards

• Maintain curb appeal and common areas
• Respond promptly to service requests
• Promote a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment

 Qualifications

• Multifamily maintenance experience required
• Proven project management experience in capital improvement settings
• Demonstrated success in turnaround environments
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
• Ability to manage vendors and control expenses
