The Opportunity
This community is entering a major repositioning phase that includes significant capital improvements and a renewed leasing strategy. We need a leader who can:
- Execute large-scale renovation and capital improvement plans
- Drive occupancy growth and manage lease-up initiatives
- Reposition the asset in the market
- Build a culture of accountability, service excellence, and performance
You’ll play a critical role in stabilizing operations, strengthening financial performance, and elevating the resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Improvement Leadership
- Oversee major renovation projects and vendor coordination
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Maintain strong communication between ownership, contractors, and onsite teams
Operational Turnaround
- Analyze financial performance and implement corrective strategies
- Control expenses while improving service delivery
- Strengthen team performance and morale
Lease-Up & Revenue Growth
- Lead aggressive but strategic leasing efforts
- Implement marketing and outreach initiatives
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
Team & Culture Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor onsite staff
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability
- Foster a customer-focused, high-energy environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing significant capital improvement projects
- Demonstrated success with property turnarounds
- Lease-up experience in a multi-family environment
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Ability to lead through change and inspire teams
- Excellent vendor management and project oversight skills
- Strong knowledge of multifamily operations and compliance
