Community Manager

We are seeking a Community Manager to lead operations at our upscale 55+ active adult community Haven at Lewisville Lake in Lewisville, TX. This leader will drive leasing performance, deliver operational excellence, and cultivate an engaging, hospitality-focused environment tailored to active adult residents.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Drive occupancy, traffic, and revenue performance through strategic leasing oversight.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the leasing team to exceed sales goals using relationship-based selling.
- Monitor lead management and CRM activity to ensure consistent follow-up and conversion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and performance metrics to inform strategy.
- Implement outreach and local marketing initiatives targeting the 55+ demographic.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee all day-to-day property operations including leasing, maintenance, financial performance, and resident services.
- Ensure the community consistently meets brand standards for luxury presentation and service.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize NOI.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, local regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal and asset preservation.
Team Leadership & Culture
Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and teamwork.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
- Lead by example with professionalism, urgency, and positivity.
Resident Experience & Community Engagement
- Champion a hospitality-driven approach tailored to active adult residents.
- Support lifestyle programming and resident engagement initiatives.
- Resolve escalated resident concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Promote retention through proactive relationship management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Community Manager experience, preferably in luxury, active adult, or Class A multifamily housing.
- Proven track record of achieving occupancy and revenue goals.
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting and P&L management.
- Experience leading and developing sales-focused teams.
- Proficiency in Yardi preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- High energy, polished presentation, and a hands-on leadership style.
